This workshop is for people of all fitness backgrounds (beginners to experienced competitors) and will include the following information for Men's Physique, Men's Bodybuilding, Women's Figure, Women's Fitness Model, and Women's Bikini Model categories:
- Posing and Stage Presence Tips/Requirements for NPAA, NPAA Judging Requirements/Rules and Regulations, Tanning and Contest Preparation, Marketing Tips, Information on Contest Suits, the upcoming NPAA BC Championship and NPAA Canada Championship, and much more!
- All participants will receive Goodie Bags courtesy of our sponsors!
